Galleries of wildlife contain both captive and wild subjects and are marked accordingly. Images not labeled as captive/domestic animals are wild subjects in their natural habitats in typical geographical ranges. For all captive animal photos that are for sale, claims and rights have been waived by the owning companies, affiliates, and/or their governing bodies and are the sole property of Blaine Peluso-Miller and Blaine Peluso-Miller Photography. Photos of captive animals that have no "Buy" option, usage rights are still being discussed by involved parties and Blaine Peluso-Miller Photography and Blaine Peluso-Miller and are, presently, viewing-only portfolio pieces, however are still the property of Blaine Peluso-Miller and Blaine Peluso-Miller Photography. This will be subject to change and/or removal of images if agreements cannot be reached without warning.

All images and video on this site, unless otherwise indicated, are copyright of Blaine Peluso-Miller (the photographer), and remain the sole and exclusive property of the photographer. There is no assignment of copyright title, agreement to do work for hire, or intention of joint copyright expressed or implied here-under. Images or video may not be reproduced, copied, projected, or used in any way without (a) express written permission on the photographer’s invoice stating the rights granted and the terms thereof and (b) payment of said invoice. You hereby expressly consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal courts with respect to claims by Photographer under the Copyright Act of 1976, as amended, and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Except as provided above, any dispute regarding this agreement shall be, at the photographer’s sole discretion, either (a) arbitrated in Abilene, Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and the laws of Texas. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Any dispute involving $2100 or less may be submitted without arbitration to any court having jurisdiction thereof. You shall pay all arbitration and court costs, photographer’s reasonable legal fees, and expenses, and legal interest on any award or judgment in the event of any award or judgment in favor of photographer; or (b) adjudicated in Abilene, Texas under the law of Texas. You shall pay all court costs, photographer’s reasonable legal fees, and expenses and legal interest on any award or judgment in the event of any award of judgment in favor of the photographer.

Some photographs are large (horizontal and/or vertical) scale panoramas. Be sure that before purchasing any product that it is to proper printing scale and/or fully encompasses the entire photo to consumer's desire.

Products may be limited to certain sizes and/or print options or not at all based on the overall size of the original piece.

Blaine Peluso-Miller, Blaine Peluso-Miller Photography, and affiliates are not responsible/liable for miscropped/altered pieces or photos that have been altered by the printing provider as consumers have the full capability to crop/alter pieces to scale based upon size and/or print selection before confirming any/all purchases. Again note that not all photographs will be able to fit to size and some print options (e.g. Stretched Canvas) can/will alter the integrity of the original piece.
